This should not come as a surprise but my overall thoughts on the Chicago Bears front office has not changed. Let me keep 100, with that being said, I am also confident enough to admit I value Matt Nagy’s “Be You” mantra. Yet I honestly do not care for the collaborative process Ryan Pace pushes because it does not provide accountability in a general manager’s leadership role. What happen over this NFL Draft can be a positive effect only if past mistakes are not repeated. Look all in all I have to be ‘me’ and speak my truth. I am fired up and I am ready to go. Beardown. Go Bears!
